Develop a strategically aligned portfolio of investments focused on heavy menstrual bleeding (HMB) and other key gynecologic conditions Collaborate with private sector partners, researchers, and global health organizations to align innovation with the needs of women and girls in LMICs Lead WHI initiatives for HMB and gynecology/menstrual health (MH) Assess and address gaps in understanding of HMB etiology, prevalence, and burden, focusing on association with anemia and well-being The ideal candidate will have an advanced degree (MD and/or PhD) in gynecology or an adjacent area, with 10+ years of experience in women's health product development, research, or gynecology clinical care.
