Senior Assistant Store Manager at Spencer's Hourly rate ranges from $20.90 to $21.15, dependent upon qualifications and experience. Ensure maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage. Oversee merchandising and inventory control following company policies. Requirements Work up to 38 hours per week. Minimum age 18. Physical demands: more than 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail and/or management experience required.
