RN - NICU

Description Delivers coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process. Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, and coordinates care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment. This unit provides intensive, comprehensive care and monitoring for neonates who are experiencing life‑threatening conditions. According to the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), this would be a Level III or Level IV designation. Requirements Night Shift/AUTO OFFER 36 hours per week/Backfill for EPIC must have experience in EPIC and Cerner. This position is for an EPIC conversion project. Candidates must have EPIC experience within the last 12 months and recent Cerner experience. Each work history entry must list the charting system used. No RTO is allowed. The listed start date is firm.
