Registered Nurse (RN) - NICU

Registered Nurse – Neonatal Intensive Care

Schedule: Nights, 12 hours, 36 per week

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

Requirements:

• Current nursing license
• Clinical experience in neonatal care
• Ability to provide comprehensive care and monitoring for neonates

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for assigned patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
• Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff.
• Coordinate care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment.
• Ensure appropriate assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care for patients.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives related to neonatal care.
