Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group according to established standards and the nursing process
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of nursing staff on the unit
- Coordinate care with other disciplines while using critical thinking and professional judgment
- Monitor and comfort neonates with lifethreatening conditions, ensuring rapid response to changes in condition
- Communicate clearly with families and multidisciplinary teams to support patient safety and outcomes
- Maintain documentation, orders, and patient data in compliance with policy and regulatory standards

Requirements
- Active California Registered Nurse license
- Ability to work night shifts in a high-acuity NICU setting
- Willingness to commit to a 13-week travel assignment
- Strong assessment skills, clinical judgment, and teamwork abilities
- Ability to follow unit protocols and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Demonstrated reliability and professional communication in fast-paced environments
