Role Overview As a contractor, you will deliver high-quality therapy to clients referred by our practice. You will manage your own schedule, clinical approach, and caseload size. We take care of the admin, billing, and marketing — so you can focus on what matters most: your clients. What We Offer Compensation: 55%–70% of actual revenue collected (not billed), paid monthly Referrals provided – We bring you the right clients, consistently All admin handled – EHR (SimplePractice), billing, scheduling Work from anywhere – Telehealth or hybrid options A collaborative, clinician-led culture that values your voice Who We’re Looking For Maryland-licensed: LCSW-C, LCPC, LMFT, PsyD 3+ years post-licensure clinical experience Strong clinical skills and interest in working with adults, teens, or couples Builder mindset — want to help shape a practice, not just fill a seat Timely with documentation and responsive to clients Have experience with trauma, anxiety, multicultural populations, or group therapy Speak another language Are excited about helping a startup practice grow intentionally #J-18808-Ljbffr
