Client Manager Associate, Select Market The Client Manager Associate will partner with Sales Representatives to manage renewal processes and identify opportunities to add additional lines of coverage. The role focuses on ensuring plan retention, generating competitive quotes, and maintaining high customer service standards. Responsibilities Assist Sales Representatives in the renewal process and recognize opportunities for additional coverage. Generate plan options and quotes for additional lines of coverage. Proactively identify Add Issue opportunities and handle incoming renewal requests. Provide renewal rate relief for the Select Market through negotiations with underwriting. Follow up with producers and assistants regarding Renewal/Add Issue status and engage Sales Representatives as needed. Review Experience Reports and package/deliver appropriate reports based on Sales Representative authorization. Understand, interpret, and clearly communicate renewal rates, options, and add issue quotes. Deliver renewals to Producers/Assistants/Planholders via email or mail. Serve as a subject matter expert on Guardian systems such as Salesforce, CPS, and Panorama. Achieve required industry licensing within 90 days of hire and maintain it through continuing education. Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of industry experience, preferably in a sales environment. College degree preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Consultative, negotiation, persuasion, and influencing skills with a sales orientation. Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships at all levels. Strong attention to detail, planning, and organizational skills. Mathematical aptitude and analytical skills. Adaptability to change and independent work ability. Goal‑oriented with experience meeting Add Issue/persistency targets. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Salesforce, CPS, Panorama. Solid knowledge of group insurance products, contracts, and services. Location & Work Arrangement Preferred locations: Plano, TX and Newport Beach, CA. Hybrid work arrangement with minimal travel. Compensation Base salary range $41,000 – $75,000 plus potential incentive compensation. Benefits Full‑time eligible employees receive standard company benefits.
