- Equipment & Process Validation
- Project Management / Project Leadership
- Lean Six Sigma experience in a Medical Device Manufacturing environment
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 4+ years of relevant manufacturing engineering experience , OR advanced degree + 2+ years.
- Experience leading manufacturing/process improvement projects.
- Medical-device manufacturing experience strongly preferred/required based on the top skills.
- Strong knowledge of process development, equipment selection, validation, manufacturing optimization, and continuous improvement .
- Experience with Lean/Six Sigma, SPC, process improvement, and production optimization .
- Must be comfortable working onsite 5 days/week in Irvine, CA .
