Bennett Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation Clinic is seeking a passionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in a full-time capacity. As an integral member of our orthopedic outpatient practice, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care that focuses on mobility restoration and peak physical performance. Our clinic boasts a state-of-the-art 5,000-square-foot sports medicine environment equipped with advanced therapeutic tools and technology. Our team consists of two experienced physical therapists and a skilled physical therapy assistant who work collaboratively to facilitate optimal patient outcomes.

Work Environment

This position is purely onsite within our facility, providing a focused and supportive atmosphere conducive to patient recovery and therapist productivity. You'll enjoy a Monday to Friday work week, with flexible shift options from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm or 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, allowing for work-life balance while meeting patients' needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to identify goals, physical limitations, and rehabilitation needs, ensuring a tailored approach for each individual.
• Deliver one-on-one patient care, dedicating a full hour to each patient session, which facilitates in-depth personalized therapy.
• Utilize evidence-based techniques to enhance patients' mobility, range of motion, and functional capacities—implementing manual therapies, therapeutic exercises, and modalities as appropriate.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that reflect best practices and integrate manual therapy techniques with prescribed exercise routines.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, which may include physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to provide holistic care and align on patient progress and treatment plans.
• Monitor and evaluate treatment outcomes regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure the delivery of effective interventions.
• Promote non-invasive treatment strategies to reduce reliance on medications, thus supporting patient education and engagement in their recovery process.
• This role also emphasizes patient motivation—encouraging a dedicated commitment to health that extends beyond the therapy sessions.

The clinic specializes in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation, treating a diverse population of patients recovering from musculoskeletal injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and sports-related conditions. Your ability to adapt treatment strategies will cater to a wide age range, from young athletes to seniors seeking to maintain mobility and independence.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current and active state licensure as a Physical Therapist, demonstrating a strong commitment to ethical standards and patient care.
• Previous experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is essential to ensure familiarity with best practices and protocols.
• Expertise in manual therapy techniques and a solid understanding of therapeutic exercise prescription.
• Proficiency in using WebPT EMR Software for efficient, accurate patient documentation and treatment tracking.

Preferred Experience

In addition to the required qualifications, candidates with experience in sports rehabilitation or specialized certifications in manual therapy techniques will be highly regarded. A history of implementing personalized treatment strategies and demonstrating outstanding patient engagement skills will also enhance candidacy.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
