This top US law firm is seeking to recruit a NY qualified, mid-level Lawyer for their Corporate M&A group in London. Our client has maintained the success that has seen it become one of the stand-out performers in recent years in the region.Candidates will have at least 3 years post qualification experience. The corporate team advises clients from the US and across Europe and you will have experience of mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions.
