Youth Case Manager - High-Risk Teens
Rite of Passage
Rite of Passage is seeking a Case Manager for the Tampa Bay Girls Academy in Tampa, Florida. The TBGA Secure program offers residential and community services for high-risk females aged 12–21, including individual, family, and group counseling. You will develop and monitor case plans, coordinate treatment goals, provide individual counseling and skill development, and liaise with families and agencies to support youth progress. #J-18808-Ljbffr Rite of Passage
