Youth Case Manager & Mentorship Advocate

Tampa Bay Academy of Hope is seeking a Youth Advocate (Case Manager) to provide high-level case management for youth participants, mentors and families. You will enroll and match volunteers and youth, with a strong emphasis on safety, documentation and community partnerships.
