Senior Product Manager

WaygateTechnologies provides a full suite of non‑destructive testing solutions and equipment including radiography, computed tomography, remote visual inspection, ultrasound, and eddy current products. Responsibilities Defining and executing multi‑year product strategy and roadmap for video borescope product lines. Developing deep customer and market insights to guide product decisions. Leading cross‑functional product development initiatives. Driving commercialization and go‑to‑market execution, including product‑market fit, channel strategy, pricing, and commercial models. Owning product line financial performance and profitability. Managing the full product lifecycle from concept through launch and sustainment. Collaborating with sales, marketing, legal, finance, engineering, and operations teams to execute portfolio strategy. Monitoring product performance, analyzing data, and identifying growth opportunities. Establishing KPIs and governance frameworks to track and sustain improvements. Managing stakeholders and presenting to various organizational levels to ensure alignment with business objectives. Qualifications Have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (advanced degree preferred). Have 5–10 years of experience in product management, engineering, or technical roles. Have proven leadership skills with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams. Have strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience using data for decision‑making. Have excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Have experience with CRM systems, operational data environments, and digital transformation initiatives. Have experience in industrial or inspection applications (preferred). Have experience in NDT (non‑destructive testing) (preferred). Additional Information Onsite travel is required.
