In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple critical care units, including ICU, CVICU, MICU, SICU, and step-down units as needed. This position is ideal for experienced nurses who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional care to critically ill patients. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Provide direct nursing care for critically ill or post-procedural patients. Monitor and interpret vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and hemodynamic data. Administer medications, IV therapies, and specialized treatments. Operate advanced medical equipment (ventilators, telemetry monitors, infusion pumps). Assist with procedures and interventions specific to assigned specialty (e.g., cardiac procedures, post-op recovery). Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes. Educate patients and families regarding conditions, procedures, and recovery plans. Respond rapidly to changes in patient condition, including emergency situations. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR). Adhere to hospital policies, infection control standards, and regulatory guidelines. Qualifications: Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing program BLS certification 2 years of acute care nursing experience in a hospital setting Strong clinical, assessment, and critical thinking skills.
