Director of Sterile Processing - Day Shift - North Carolina \n
Education:
\n- \n
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Nursing OR completion of a Two-Year Surgical Technology Course \n
Certification:
\n- \n
- CSPDT or CRCST certification (IAHCSMM required) \n
Experience:
\n- \n
- Minimum of 5 years in Sterile Processing, with progressive leadership experience \n
- Strong leadership, communication, and technical skills \n
- Knowledge of OR instrumentation, aseptic technique, and infection control \n
- Acute Care experience required \n
- Experience leading large teams in large healthcare facilities \n
Department Details:

- 7 Team Leads, ~80 FTEs \n
- Uses SPM Workflow system \n
- Supports: Endo, OR, CVOR, L&D, Inpatient & Outpatient Ambulatory Clinics \n
