Eliot Community Service Agency (CSA) seeks a Family Partner to support families navigating behavioral health services for youth. The role emphasizes advocacy, collaboration, and empowering families to access community resources and achieve care plan goals. The ideal candidate is a caregiver of a youth with behavioral health needs, with strong communication and a drive to improve family outcomes.
