Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Newton, Massachusetts. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Home Health Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/20/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Summary: Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) Home Healthcare Various Locations. This position involves assessing patient conditions, implementing care plans, and providing ongoing education and support to patients and their families within community health settings. The role includes performing admission processes and case management responsibilities in accordance with established policies and standards, ensuring thorough and timely electronic documentation and interdisciplinary communication. Job Details: Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week Required Qualifications: Valid license/certificate verification, minimum of 1 year of certified home health care management experience within a certified home health agency, 1 year of case management experience, ability to travel to assigned cases Preferred Qualifications: Experience in hospice, private care, or working as a case manager outside of a certified home health agency does not meet the criteria Float: Float: Float rotation may be required. Additional Information: Weekend rotations are required approximately once every 6 weeks; clinical responsibilities include direct patient care, documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
