Therapist – Mental Health, Davenport, IA | Full-Time, Flexible Schedule

• Location: Davenport, IA, United States

• Shift: Flexible / Variable shifts
• Hours per Week: 40+ hours
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Licenses/Certifications: LMHC or LISW in Iowa (LMSW or temporary LMHC with supervisory requirements considered)
• Experience: Preferred previous mental health therapy experience (individual and group), strong communication skills

• Hourly Rate: $42 (local candidates within 50 miles); $55 (travel candidates outside 50 miles)
• Pay package discussed upon application

• Conduct intake and assessment of new clients in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
• Develop, modify, and implement personalized treatment plans
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions
• Collaborate with team members in case planning and progress evaluation
• Participate in specialty groups such as family therapy, family education, or trauma-informed care (as interested)
• Maintain compliance with all organizational policies and state/federal regulations
• Attend staffing, discipline, and medical team meetings
• Support a trauma-informed, safe environment conducive to healing and growth

Required:

• Master’s degree in a related mental health field
• LMHC or LISW licensure in Iowa (or LMSW/Temp LMHC with supervisory eligibility)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Prior experience in mental health settings preferred

Preferred:

• Experience in individual, family, and group therapy
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
