We are seeking a dedicated Substance Use Disorder / Co-Occurring Therapist to join our Outpatient Therapy Team. Enjoy a consistent Monday–Friday schedule, a collaborative work environment, and opportunities for professional growth. What You'll DoAs a Therapist, you will provide comprehensive assessment, treatment, and support services to individuals experiencing substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.Key Responsibilities:Conduct intake evaluations and assessmentsComplete required intake documentation and case presentationsDevelop and maintain individualized treatment plansProvide therapeutic services, including:Individual therapyGroup therapyFamily therapy (when appropriate)Facilitate chemical dependency treatment sessionsAssess clients' substance use needs and progress toward recovery goalsCollaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment teamParticipate in staffing meetings and treatment planning discussionsMonitor and manage your caseload effectivelyContribute to special programs and areas of interest such as:Family therapyPsychoeducational groupsCommunity education and consultationSpecialized treatment initiativesWhat You'll NeedMaster's degree in a related field requiredCurrent LMHC or LISW licensure in the State of Iowa requiredPrevious mental health, substance use, individual therapy, and group therapy experience preferredStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and public relations skillsAbility to work effectively within a multidisciplinary teamLearn & Grow With UsWe are committed to helping our employees succeed professionally and personally.
