Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP)

The Essentials Schedule: Part-Time Exempt 32 hours per week | Monday-Friday Variable Days Location: Ashtabula, OH Specialties: Outpatient Orthopedics, Pain Management What You'll Do Provides comprehensive patient care across acute, outpatient, and alternative care settings under physician supervision. Assesses, diagnoses, and treats patients. Orders and interprets diagnostic tests. Prescribes medications. Counsels patients and families. Coordinates clinical services. Supports the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. Communicates with referring or primary care physicians regarding patient care and treatment. Works collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, physicians, case managers and other advance practitioners. What We’re Looking For Education: Advanced Degree in Physician Assistant studies and/or Nursing Experience: Minimum Three (3) to Five (5) years of demonstrated experience in field or profession. Skills: Good organizational skills; exceptional customer service, and above average oral and written communication skills. License/Certifications: Licensed to practice as a Physicians Assistant in the State of Ohio and certified by the NCCPA OR licensed to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in the State of Ohio.
