Job Description

 

We are seeking Senior Manager / Lead Associate Strategy & Analytics for our Specialty Injectables (SRx) business. The incumbent will support the SRx commercial strategy, analytics, and execution agenda by converting market, customer, contract, pricing, inventory, sales, pipeline, and launch data into actionable insights. The role partners with Product Management, Sales, Finance, Portfolio, Business Development, and senior leadership to strengthen forecasting, business planning, governance, digital analytics, and execution across Specialty and Health Systems.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning, Business Governance, and Portfolio Support

• Support annual planning, target setting, portfolio prioritization, and regular assessment of the Specialty and Health Systems business.
• Provide competitive intelligence, market updates, and actionable insights to Product Management, Sales, and senior leadership.
• Manage monthly forecasting, identify risks and opportunities, and support action planning.
• Partner with Portfolio and Business Development on new product and launch evaluations, including due diligence and business forecasting.
• Identify growth opportunities across channels, product categories, technologies, and adjacencies; develop business plans and support internal approval.
• Prepare strategic updates, business reviews, senior management presentations, and strategy deployment governance materials with the Head of SRx and global Corporate Development.

Commercial Analytics, Forecasting, and Dashboards

• Generate sales, customer-mix, trend, and performance reports to guide commercial decisions.
• Use corporate AI and analytics tools to build dashboards integrating sales, chargeback, contract, pricing, inventory, IQVIA, and customer data.
• Develop multi-product and account-level views to help Product Managers and Sales prioritize actions and track performance.
• Link product strategy, demand forecasting, commercial opportunity, and execution into a consistent management view.

Sales and IDN Execution Support

• Collaborate with Hospital Sales to develop targeted strategies for key customers and support sales force excellence.
• Translate the annual budget into IDN Manager, product, and account-level targets; support quarterly Finance reviews for incentive-plan governance.
• Track action closure, customer conversion, and opportunity outcomes through structured reporting.

Digital Process Excellence and E-Channel Analytics

• Own e-commerce sales targets and performance analytics for Medigi, MedShorts, and other digital or alternative-channel initiatives.
• Track SKU and end-customer trends, identify commercial opportunities, and support timely stakeholder follow-up.
• Present monthly product and account insights to the IDN team using standardized customer and product data reports.
• Drive digital process excellence, IT-tool adoption, and responsible AI use cases within Product Management.

Qualifications

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Pharmaceuticals, Chemical Engineering, Sciences, or related field required. Advanced degree preferred, such as MBA, Analytics, Statistics, or related discipline

Experience:  U.S. generic pharmaceutical business experience; 5+ years for Senior Analyst; 3+ years for Analyst

• 2-3 years of top tier consulting experience in commercial strategy, analytics, pharmaceutical markets, or hospital-product markets is strongly valued
• Experience in strategic planning, portfolio management, marketing, business development, commercial analytics, product management, sales excellence, or commercial operations.
• Understanding of Health Systems, hospitals, clinics, and the U.S. pharmaceutical regulatory, intellectual property, and market environment.
• Strong analytical skills, including ability to compile, link, and interpret data from multiple sources and functions.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency and familiarity with data manipulation, analytics, dashboarding, and AI-enabled tools.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills, including preparation of senior management materials.
• Experience with e-commerce, digital-channel analytics, AI adoption, or commercial process automation is preferred
