Job Description:

- As a Clinical Laboratory Scientist, you will play a key role in performing laboratory analysis on clinical specimens, ensuring accurate results through established procedures.

Key Responsibilities:


- Execute laboratory analysis with precision and care.
- Review and evaluate quality controls to guarantee specimen integrity.
- Report accurate results in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with your team and assist co-workers to foster a supportive work atmosphere.
- Maintain professionalism while answering phones and communicating effectively with patients and staff.

Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related sciences.
- Minimum of two years of experience in all aspects of the clinical laboratory.
- Current license as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist by the State of California.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and multitask effectively.
- Strong communication and diplomatic skills, with a commitment to patient confidentiality (HIPAA compliant).

Physical Requirements:


- Frequent bending, squatting, kneeling, climbing, and reaching.
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, and perform repetitive hand motions.
- Visual acuity and auditory skills for effective communication.
