ER Pharmacist: Hospital Care, Emergencies & Rounding

Saint Francis Hospital in Wilmington, DE is seeking a Pharmacist for the Emergency Room. The role involves direct patient interaction for medication histories, counseling, and responding to emergencies within the hospital. Rotating shift, 40 hrs/week, with weekend rotation. Requirements include a Pharm.D. from an ACPE-approved school, ASHP PGY-1 or 3 years hospital experience, Delaware licensure, and certifications (BLS/ACLS) prior to orientation.
