Programmer - Consultant

Access to a virtual desktop set up (software) will be provided by Lumen's client, allowing the user access to the required systems and technology.***

- 8+ years of development experience with Micro Focus Visual COBOL on Windows Server 2019/2022, including batch processing and IIS
- 4+ years of experience with Visual Studio 2019/2022, including strong debugging skills
- 4+ years of application programming experience with RDBMS (Oracle, SQL)
- Bachelor's degree in IT or a related discipline with 8 years of experience, or a minimum of 10 years of related experience without a degree
- Experience with Micro Focus COBOL version 7 or higher
- Experience with IIS configuration and setup
- Skilled in C# and .NET
- Ability to write complex SQL queries for Oracle and MS SQL databases
- Micro Focus certification (please specify the certificate on the resume)
- Microsoft certification (please specify the certificate on the resume)
