Administrative Assistant - Bluebonnet Commercial

Administrative Assistant - Commercial Automotive Bluebonnet Chrysler Dodge Ram Jeep is hiring a Commercial Administrative Assistant. You will keep the commercial department moving: phones, walk-ins, inventory, photos, license plates, and courtesy deliveries. This is a hands-on role in a busy commercial truck operation. You will be the first person customers and vendors talk to, and the person who makes sure inventory is checked in and online the same day. Job Responsibilities Answer and route commercial department phone calls Greet and assist walk-in customers and vendors Check in incoming inventory and keep records accurate Photograph incoming inventory and upload photos online Issue license plates and complete the paperwork Back up the team on courtesy deliveries Keep the commercial office organized Education and/or Experience High school diploma or GED Comfortable on the phone and with customers in person Able to take clear photos and upload them Organized and accurate with paperwork Valid driver's license and able to be insured to drive Reliable and able to work the posted schedule Compensation Compensation is based on experience and commensurate with Fortune 500 companies. Pay starts at $16 per hour up to $18 per hour based on experience. Preferred Automotive, commercial, or dealership experience Bilingual (English/Spanish) Benefits Benefits include medical, dental, life and disability, 401(k), paid vacation, sick, holiday and a wellness program.
