Position: Human Resources Office Assistant

Department: Human Resources

Main Location: Cass City, MI

Hours: Part Time. 20 hours/week; Days

Aspire Rural Health System is hiring a Office Assistant. We're looking for individuals with a positive attitude to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals committed to delivering the highest quality of service to both our patients and employees.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Previous administrative office experience preferred.
• Previous Human Resources, recruiting, healthcare, or customer service experience preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The primary purpose of the Human Resources Office Assistant position is to perform assigned administrative duties in an efficient, accurate, and professional manner in accordance with established procedures and as directed by the Manager of Human Resources. This position provides administrative support to the Human Resources Department by assisting with recruitment and onboarding activities, employee record maintenance, employee recognition initiatives, and the daily operations of the Human Resources office.
