What We Need We are seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Specialist to support demand generation, content creation, organic growth, and experimentation across new marketing channels. This is a hands-on execution role that will work closely with an experienced external agency on SEO, GEO, AEO, paid media, and digital growth initiatives. You'll help turn agency strategy and recommendations into action while also testing new channels, campaigns, and ideas to identify opportunities that generate qualified leads, pipeline, and revenue. The ideal candidate is a strong writer, organized executor, and curious marketer who enjoys experimenting, learning from data, and finding what works. What You'll Do Execute multi-channel campaigns across email, paid media, organic search, social, webinars, events, and other digital channels.Test and evaluate new marketing channels, audiences, offers, and tactics to identify scalable sources of leads, pipeline, and revenue.Build campaign assets including landing pages, emails, forms, calls-to-action, and nurture programs.Conduct A/B tests and use performance data to continuously improve campaigns.Help connect marketing activity to qualified leads, pipeline, and revenue.Work alongside our external agency to execute SEO, GEO, and AEO recommendations.Support keyword, topic, competitor, and search-intent research.Optimize website pages and content for traditional search engines and emerging AI-driven search experiences.Help implement content briefs, internal linking, metadata, page updates, and other organic growth initiatives.Monitor organic and AI-search performance and help identify opportunities for improvement.Interview subject matter experts and translate complex topics into useful, accessible content.Optimize content for SEO, GEO, AEO, brand voice, and conversion.Refresh and repurpose existing content to improve performance and extend its value.Serve as a day-to-day partner to our external agency, helping move recommendations and deliverables into execution.Coordinate content, information, approvals, and internal resources needed to keep projects moving.Work across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Revenue Operations to support campaigns and growth initiatives.Track campaign and content performance and communicate key learnings and opportunities.Requirements 2–4 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, content marketing, SEO, or digital marketing.Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.Working knowledge of SEO and an interest in GEO, AEO, AI search, and evolving buyer behavior.Experience executing digital marketing campaigns and creating content across multiple channels.Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to evaluate what's working.Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, CRM, marketing automation, and SEO platforms.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.A test-and-learn mindset and willingness to experiment with new channels, tools, and tactics.Comfortable working with agencies and internal stakeholders to turn strategy into execution.Benefits401(k) matchingFull Health Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental)Employee assistance programFlexible spending accountHealth savings account Life insurancePaid time offParental leaveTuition reimbursement
