What You'll Do

• Provide direct and indirect patient care in the operating room setting
• Assist in preoperative assessments and preparations
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
• Monitor patient status throughout procedures and report updates
• Follow hospital protocols and adhere to safety standards
• Assist with providing education and discharge instructions to patients and families
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely

What You Need

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan or compact state
• Prior operating room or perioperative experience
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with surgical procedures and sterilization protocols
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
