What You'll Do

• Monitor patient vitals and use telemetry equipment effectively
• Conduct regular patient assessments and recognize early signs of deterioration
• Administer complex medications and IV therapies, including titration of drips
• Provide specialized care for patients recovering from surgery or with critical conditions such as cardiac events or neurologic issues
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatments
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of care provided and patient responses

What You Need

Required:

• Valid Michigan RN license
• Minimum of 1-year experience in stepdown, ICU, or critical care setting
• Strong assessment and medication administration skills

Preferred:

• Experience with telemetry monitoring and complex patient cases
• Ability to work night shifts effectively
