Registered Nurse RN We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Silvis Center Rehab and Care in Silvis, Illinois. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient progress Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team Conduct patient assessments, identify potential care issues, and develop strategies for improvement Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records Requirements Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Illinois Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care Working Environment As a Registered Nurse at Silvis Center Rehab and Care, you will work in a supportive and collaborative environment that prioritizes patient-centered care.
