Receptionist

Receptionist Position at Cape Regency Rehabilitation & Health Care Center

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented receptionist to join our care team at Cape Regency Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Centerville! As a receptionist, you will perform clerical support in an efficient manner in accordance with established procedures, and as directed by your supervisor. You will be responsible for receiving and directing all persons entering the facility, answering and directing calls, and providing excellent customer service to residents, family members, and visitors.

Weekly pay at $18 an hour. 8a-4p shift on weekdays.

Responsibilities:

• Operate telephone and utilize proper phone etiquette
• Receive and direct all persons entering the facility to appropriate areas
• Perform general typing and secretarial functions
• Receive and direct incoming mail and deliveries

Requirements:

• Minimum of two (2) years experience in a clerical position, or successfully completed a secretarial science program from an accredited school/college (preferable)
• Must have a working knowledge of filing and respect for confidentiality
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
• Must possess the ability to make independent decisions, remain calm during emergency situations, and deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, and the general public
• Must be knowledgeable of administrative practices, procedures, and guidelines
• Must possess a cheerful personality and be able to work harmoniously with other personnel
