In this role, you will assess, plan, and deliver individualized rehabilitation programs to improve mobility, function, and quality of life. Responsibilities include performing evaluations, developing treatment plans, documenting progress, and educating patients and families. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team while upholding Mercy’s values of compassion, respect, and diversity, and enjoy opportunities for professional growth and continuous learning in a supportive environment.
