We're working a minimum of 5 days a week onsite as part of our commitment to fostering a culture of professional growth and cross-functional collaboration as we work together to engineer the extraordinary.We are hiring across multiple shifts.Shift times available:1st Shift: 6:10am-2:10pm2nd Shift: 2:10pm-10:10pmPrimary Responsibilities:Performs a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations.Works from visual aids, method layouts, diagrams, schematics, process flow sheets and written or verbal assembly instructions.Sets initial layouts, and uses a variety of tools to prepare product(s).Makes continuity checks on work in process and completed.May conduct quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications.May disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions.Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job in a warehouse or operations environment, including prolonged standing and walking.Required Qualifications:Requires basic knowledge of manufacturing or supply chain operational procedures, systems, and tools gained through experience and/or relevant training, education, or certifications.Requires 1+ years of related experience, which may include a combination of practical experience and applicable training, education, or certification.No minimum education requirementsPreferred Qualifications:Microscope experienceDemonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely in writingPrevious experience with assembly workExperience working in medical device manufacturingBackground in automotive manufacturing or related industriesStrong mathematical skills for measurement and quality checksExcellent hand dexterity for detailed assembly tasksWillingness and flexibility to support different production areas as neededFor Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.Physical Job RequirementsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position. PR) locations (USD): $40,800.00 - $61,200.00. This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Operations Incentive Plan (OIP). The starting base rate of pay for this position and location is $21.50 per hour. The base rate is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California.
