Direct Marketing Representative

Fezzora, Inc. is seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Retail Direct Marketing Representatives. In this entry-level, in-person position, you will represent nationally recognized clients at designated retail locations, engaging directly with customers to educate them about products and services and assist with the enrollment or purchasing process when appropriate. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, developing communication skills, and growing within a team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Represent client products and services at assigned retail locations. Engage customers through face-to-face conversations in a professional and friendly manner. Educate customers on available products, services, and promotions. Answer customer questions and provide accurate product information. Assist interested customers with the enrollment or purchasing process. Maintain a professional appearance and positive representation of both clients and the company. Meet performance expectations while delivering excellent customer service. Participate in ongoing training and team meetings. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is helpful but not required. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
