St. Joseph's Center is looking for a Clinical Care Coordinator to lead nursing services within our ICF Programs. The Clinical Care Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring residents receive person-centered, high-quality care while guiding and developing our nursing and clinical staff. This position provides on-site clinical oversight at St. Joseph's Center locations. Responsibilities include supervising nursing personnel, conducting resident evaluations, ordering and managing medications, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting quality improvement initiatives across the interdisciplinary team.At St. Joseph's Center, your work truly matters.
