Our teammates' diverse backgrounds and experience are valuable assets in our mission to help patients build better lives in recovery.Primary responsibilities include:Evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in our outpatient clinic settingsPrescribe appropriate medications and treatments as indicated by patient assessmentComplete medical documentation per Crossroads standardsCollaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic care to patients, including referrals to other medical providers and community servicesWill perform injectionsSchedule & Locations:Primary center: ScrantonTarget weekly hours: 12Proposed schedule: Tuesday 12-4, Wednesday 8-12, Thursday 8-12Education and licensure requirements:Nurse Practitioner with an active, unrestricted licensure and authorized to practice in the state of practicePrimary specialty in one of the following: Family Medicine/Family Practice, Internal Medicine, General Practice, PsychiatryDEA Certificate of Registration in the state of practice with ability to schedule 2, 2N, 3, 4, & 5Must have or be eligible for enrollment for Medicaid and Medicare credentialsAdditional education or certification may be required depending on state of practice.Preferred experience:Experience in addiction medicine, preferably with experience treating patients with opioid use disorder (OUD) and/or providing medication for opioid use disorderBenefits:W-2 employment, permanent part-time, with competitive pay based on experienceOur centers are outpatientMalpractice insurance coverage will be provided by Crossroads.Annual training reimbursement amount, related to your role401K plan with employer match (Immediately vested in the employer match)EAP (24/7 support)Health Advocate Services (support and guidance to help you through legal issues)Calm Health subscription (personalized programs created by mental health professionals)Previ (phone plan discounts)Tickets at Work (exclusive deals)Access to a banking & investing program
