As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in providing compassionate, flexible, and collaborative in-home and community-based ABA therapy to our clients. About the Role

As an RBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans and support clients in developing important life skills. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community-based settings
• Implementing individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collecting and recording data on client progress and behaviors
• Supporting the development and implementation of behavior intervention strategies
• Building positive, professional relationships with clients and their families

What We're Looking For

We are seeking compassionate and reliable RBTs who possess:

• Current RBT certification (preferred, but not required)
• Reliable transportation
• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, empathy, and a client-centered approach
• Ability to stay organized, manage time effectively, and complete tasks accurately
• Ability to work with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds
