Job Description
Innovative leader in the manufacturing of high-quality concrete products for the landscape and construction industries is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative!
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process customer orders via telephone and email
Assist homeowners in accomplishing their vision of their outdoor environment
Promote good customer relations by consistently providing excellent customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor, can-do attitude and willingness to help at all times
Develop and maintain rapport with the customer base, greet by name, have knowledge of account ownership, be responsive and timely, and display a caring attitude
Act with confidence by answering or finding the answers to customer questions and finding solutions to customer issues
Answer and route telephone calls and complete administrative paperwork
Other related duties and possible special projects as assigned
Qualified candidates must have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED, good math skills, and a strong proficiency in MS Word and Excel. Must also have excellent attention to detail while multi-tasking and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
