Licensed Clinical Social Worker

The Floating Hospital Inc seeks a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide trauma-informed mental health services to children, families, and adults impacted by homelessness and poverty across New York City. In this role, you will conduct psychosocial assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and deliver individual, family, and group therapy within an integrated community health setting. You will collaborate closely with medical, dental, and support teams to coordinate care, connect patients with vital social services and housing resources, and provide crisis intervention as needed.
