E.g., with a home base of Ste. Genevieve, an employee would be eligible for mileage reimbursement when reporting to the Fredericktown / Marble Hill / Perryville / or Cape Girardeau site for the day.Full Time, Non-Exempt: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pmBase Pay: $24.17 - $26.57 (LPN); $28.82-$31.22 per hour (RN) - Dependent upon previous Relevant Psychiatric ExperienceMinimum Required Qualifications:LPN or RN Nursing license requiredFor LPN must have two years of relevant experienceMust be knowledgeable in psychotropic medications, psychopathology and counseling methods.Valid Driver's License for current State of residence, must meet agency MVR Standards, and proof of continuous current auto insurance.Job Summary:Responsible for providing direct therapeutic and consultative psychiatric nursing duties; coordination and provision of medication injection clinics, medication consultation and education to clients and family members, and case consultation for CCC outpatients and area residential care patients.Job Duties:Coordinate and provide medication injection clinics.Provide education services to clients, family and/or caregivers as to medication usage, side effects and adverse reactions.Provide consultation to Group Homes.Provide education and consultation to clinicians regarding clients' medications, side effects, and adverse reactions.Order, inventory, and maintain medication storage according to policies and procedures.Promptly complete insurance prior authorizations for prescribed medications.Give PPD tests to new employees and residential care patients as needed.Promptly respond to client medication inquiries, needs, problems, or side effects in effective manner consistent with practice standards.Coordinate and administer metabolic screenings including testing lipid profile with glucose and HgbA1C in conjunction with Health Care Home as requested.Due to the integration of the primary medical and psychiatric areas of care, any duties related to either medical or psychiatric services within your scope of practice as requested by your supervisor.Travel to Fredericktown, Ste. Genevieve, Perryville, and Marble Hill locations is required.Document according to clinical policies and procedures, DMH, CARF, and any other federal or state program per agency standards.The Agency Community Counseling Center (CCC) - Your Behavioral Health + Wellness Resource - is a behavioral health organization that has been serving the public since 1974.
