If you're someone who loves solving problems, streamlining workflows, and developing people, we'd love to meet you.What You'll Do As our Accounts Payable Supervisor, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the Accounts Payable department while ensuring invoices, vendor payments, expense reimbursements, and financial transactions are processed accurately and on time. You'll also:Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Accounts Payable teamEnsure timely processing of invoices, ACH payments, wire transfers, and check runsBuild strong relationships with vendors and internal business partnersOversee month-end AP close activities, reconciliations, and reportingMaintain strong internal controls and support audit activitiesIdentify opportunities to improve processes through automation and continuous improvementPartner with Operations, Procurement, Payroll, Project Managers, and Finance leadership to support business objectivesWhat You'll Bring We're looking for someone who combines strong technical accounting knowledge with a passion for leadership. Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of progressive Accounts Payable experience2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experienceExperience using ERP/accounting softwareStrong understanding of Accounts Payable processes, reconciliations, and financial controlsAdvanced Microsoft Excel skillsExcellent organizational, analytical, and communication skillsPreferred ExperienceConstruction, industrial services, environmental services, or field service industriesHigh-volume Accounts Payable operationsAP automation or ERP implementations1099 reportingLean or continuous improvement initiativesPrivate equity-backed organizationsWhy Join Pro-Vac?
