Join Our Client as a Production Scheduler in Sacramento, CA a baking industry leader committed to its people and the planet! We need a driven coordinator with a HS diploma and 2-5 yrs of food manufacturing experience to optimize production schedules and drive plant success.

responsibilities:

• Translate orders into optimal production schedules, create associate and supervisor work shifts, and manage time and attendance to ensure full bakery coverage.

• Ensure formula and process standards perfectly align across all platforms (Oracle, MIPS, WinSCP, Doran Scales) while regularly reviewing data for accuracy.

• Coordinate and lead Manufacturing Transformation activities, including Root Cause Problem Solving, Gemba walks, and Tier Huddle meetings to drive plant efficiency.

• Champion department adherence to safety, GMP, and QCP guidelines, and manage the quarterly updates of all production SOPs and posted standards.

• Oversee the ordering of all manufacturing supplies, track pan set cycles, and proactively coordinate cleaning and glazing maintenance to support seamless operations.
