Mainline Technician - Land Rover San Diego - Up to $20k Sign On

Job Title: Mainline Technician We are looking for Mainline Technicians to join our Land Rover dealership in SanDiego. The role involves conducting routine vehicle service, diagnosing and completing repairs, and collaborating closely with the Parts Department and Service Advisors to provide high‑quality service to our customers. Responsibilities Conduct routine servicing and maintenance procedures on vehicles. Diagnose and complete repairs on customer vehicles. Collaborate closely with the Parts Department and Service Advisors. Maintain current product and technical knowledge. Estimate time of service or repair for efficient scheduling. Determine parts requirements and communicate them via repair orders. Follow approved service and repair procedures. Ensure compliance with quality control and inspection requirements. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Jaguar Land Rover vehicles and related certification. ASE certification or equivalent manufacturer training.
