Our client, the holding company of a successful West Texas Family, values their employees and desires that all personnel enjoy an exceptional company experience. Due to company growth, they are seeking a Generalist in their Human Resources department that will become a vital part of this positive employee experience. Job responsibilities will include:
- Recruiting, Employee Applicant tracking, Department referrals.
- Hiring process and onboarding
- Background Checks, Drug Screens, E-verify
- Employee relations
- Orientations & Manager Training for multiple companies/locations, including training in Compliance, Personnel Policy & Procedures.
- Executive Reporting
Skill set:
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience with employee documents, forms, files and regulatory impact.
- Ability to handle employee relations & concerns with compassion, discretion and diplomacy.
- Assure confidentiality of employee and HR sensitive information
- Supervise one staff member
- Education and/or 3 years' equivalent work experience relevant to this position.
