Flex Corporate Security Officer – Full Time – Redmond, WA Former military / law enforcement encouraged to apply!! Wage: $35.51/Hour Location: Redmond, WA + Kirkland, WA OR Everett, WA Available Shifts Swing: 2:00pm-10:45pm Grave: 10:00pm-6:45am At Securitas, on-site security officers are the foundation of our organization. What Your Day May Look Like Maintain composure during urgent or high-pressure situations with authorities, executives, clients, staff, and the public. Conflict resolution and de-escalation. Perform access control at security entrances / exits. Conduct patrols inside and outside the client's premises in various weather conditions. Frequent interactions with client employees and guests. Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity. Protect evidence or scene of incident in the event of accidents, emergencies, or security investigations. Set up barriers / signage and provide direction or information to others. Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site. Position Requirements Must be at least 21 years of age. Associate degree OR 2 years of honorable military service OR 2 years of professional law enforcement experience. Standard computer / technology skills needed. Exceptional customer service experience required. 2+ years of professional experience in customer service and security required. Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner. Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout the shift. All candidates must be willing to participate in Securitas’ pre‑employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
