Malone Workforce Solutions is now hiring for Production and Manufacturing Associates in Madison IN.


Shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd


Pay Rates: Up to $21 an hour



MUST HAVE 2 YEARS FORKLIFT EXPERIENCE
Proof of Highschool Diploma, GED or transcripts is REQUIRED
Clean Background
Must be able to pass a drug screen
Steel Toe Boots or shoes required


Job Duties:

1. Prepare orders and documents for material or product moving in and/or out of the plants.
2. Operate equipment that is required in the moving of material or product in or out of the plants.
3. Load and unload transportation equipment in a manner to provide safety and security of the material and/or product in or out of the plants.
4. Develop product, parts, and material knowledge.
5. Develop a working knowledge of company work processes and systems.
6. Work at heights up to 25 feet.
7. Perform cycle inventory counts and record results through personal computer, CRT or other electronic capture services used to capture data.
8. Use personal computer or CRT lot location system to record piece counts received and/or shipped and record location of parts.

Requirements:
