Now, we are expanding our global team and looking for talented individuals like you!Position DescriptionTitle: Financial Analyst IIDepartment: FinanceImmediate Supervisor: Finance ManagerStatus: Exempt SalariedPosition Purpose: The Financial Analyst II will compile and analyze financial information integral to the core objectives and requirements of each department.Principle AccountabilitiesResponsible for consolidating reports, month-end journal entries, audit requests, scheduling, reoccurring meetings and providing regular system maintenance for companies various manufacturing locations across North America.Develops integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations of business unitsServes as primary point of contact for plant accounting staff.Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual business unit reports and ensures that financial information has been recorded accurately.Identifies trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings to manager.Performs financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts.Any and all financial analyst related tasks as directed by supervisorEssential Skills and ExperienceBachelor's degree in accounting or related field required2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related rolesProficient in Microsoft Office including excellent Excel skills and a proven ability to build complex financial modelsProficiency in Consolidation and ERP softwares, such as LV and JDE, preferredKnowledge of Cost Accounting Systems, preferredExperience with SQL, preferredMust be results and deadline oriented with an ability to manage multiple assignments and work extended hours as dictated by the workloadA strong desire to professionally grow and the ability to enthusiastically embrace new challengesMust be a team player with an ability to interface effectively with all levels of the organizationWhy Choose IPG?At IPG, you will find more than just a job—you will find a place where your success is our success.
