Gastroenterologist (General GI & Advanced GI) in Yuma, AZ

This full-time opportunity is located in Yuma, Arizona, where you'll enjoy a high-volume practice backed by experienced clinical support.

• Salary: General GI physicians earn 800,000, while Advanced GI physicians earn 900,000 full-time, plus 75 per wRVU above threshold, a 5% annual quality bonus, and a sign-on bonus of up to 200,000.
• Flexible Practice Model: Choose a General GI or Advanced GI role with dedicated clinic, inpatient, and endoscopy responsibilities based on your training and interests.
• Four-Day Workweek: Enjoy the option of four 10-hour days or four 8-hour days, a shared 1:4 clinic call, and clinic call triaged by MAs with no travel restrictions while on call.
• Established Clinical Support: Join gastroenterologists, a hepatologist, and seven APPs, with CRNA anesthesia support and procedural volumes ranging from 14-22 cases per day.

Candidate Requirements

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Gastroenterology.
• General GI physicians are welcome; ERCP is required for Advanced GI candidates, EUS encouraged but not required.
• H-1B and J-1 visa sponsorship available.
• Interest in practicing within a collaborative, procedure-focused environment.
