Mallory Safety and Supply is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service Team! Although the day-to-day tasks may vary, your overall objective as a Customer Service Representative will be to meet the needs of our customers by servicing the customer through order entry, problem resolution, and helping foster collaborative teamwork with sales and warehouse departments. As a Customer Service Representative, Here is How You Will Make an Impact: Learn, navigate, and use Prophet 21 to provide customer service Service both internal and external customers over the phone, via email, and in person Resolve issues with customer orders in a tactful manner Partner with the branch sales team to drive business Complete bank drops using personal vehicle Assist with miscellaneous projects as needed Cross-train and assist in other areas of the branch as needed Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM Here is What We Need From a Customer Service Representative: Required Skills and Abilities Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong time and project management skills with the ability to multitask Strong computer and data entry skills highly desired, including Microsoft Office Education and Experience 1-2 years of experience in customer service – in an office setting preferred A combination of face to face, remote and phone/email customer service experience required Business to business (B2b) customer service experience preferred Construction, safety, or industrial supply experience is preferred High School Diploma or GED required Valid Driver's License Physical Requirements Using a computer screen for several hours a day Occasional bending, twisting, standing, and stooping Lifting up to 50 pounds on occasion Hiring great people is the most important thing we do.
