We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate 3p-11p Nurse Supervisor to lead our team of dedicated healthcare professionals in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. As a Nurse Supervisor with AdviniaCare Scallop Shell, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and their families.

About the Role:

As a 3p-11p Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our skilled nursing unit, ensuring the highest level of quality care is delivered to our residents. Your duties will include:

• Supervising and mentoring a team of nurses and CNAs , providing guidance and support to ensure effective delivery of care

• Conducting rounds and assessments , monitoring resident care, and identifying opportunities for improvement

• Developing and implementing care plans , in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

• Maintaining accurate records and documentation , including incident reports and medication administration records

• Fostering a positive and respectful work environment , promoting open communication and teamwork among all staff members
